Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will accept eligible returns within 10 days of the order ship date.

Return Eligibility

​

CLIENTS CLOSET accepts domestic returns as long as items comply with our return policy as described below.

  • Please complete a Return Authorization by providing your order detail, send your request to support@clientscloset.com

  • Our CLIENTS CLOSET ID tag must be attached to receive a full refund. Please return items in the dust bag and box provided.

  • Item must be in the same condition with no missing “extras” (dustbag, box, lock, etc.), so please take care of packing and protecting the item you are returning. If not in the same condition as when purchased, the item will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Items must be received within 10 days of the shipped date. 

Refunds

  • CLIENTS CLOSET generally processes refunds within 24 to 48 hours of receipt using the same form of payment, which was initially used to make the purchase.

  • If you change Banks/Credit card info between the purchase and the return, it is your responsibility to contact your previous institution and advise that a refund will be sent to the previous account. Similarly, if a bank gift card was used for the purchase, please do not discard card until you are certain the item will not be returned. Refunds will be refunded to gift card used.

Shipping

  • A FREE UPS label for domestic returns will be provided when you initiate a return form via return authorization email.

  • If you elect not to use this free domestic UPS return label, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and will need to include a signature requirement. We recommend that you NOT use United States Postal Service—if you do, please buy the insurance and save your receipt. International return shipping cost is your responsibility. 

  • We do not refund Express shipping fees or International shipping charges, including customs and taxes. 

Warranty

​

As a re-seller of previously owned luxury goods that sells product 'as is,' we do not provide a “warranty” of the workmanship of the brand.

 

CLIENTS CLOSET reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the item price to customers with excessive returns.
